I will be blogging from one of their state-of-the-art facilities during two cooking classes which are designed to expand the joie de vivre of the food culture within your home.
Join acclaimed chef and Christian minister Francis Foucachon for a fabulous six-hour introduction between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Monday, July 16th to what he believes to be ?the greatest food in the world??French cuisine. His presentation is entitled, ?The Joy of French Cuisine: How To Prepare a First-Rate French Meal.?
And for those of you interested in building your arsenal of cancer-fighting food and snacks, watch the blog as Carmen Torres will take on a three-hour foray into ?raw cuisine? between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Monday, July 16th. Her presentation is entitled, ?The Raw Cooking Revolution: Learn to Prepare Delicious, Cancer-Fighting Raw Meals and Treats.?
