life coaching, LOA, Mindset, Self talk, self improvement, perspective ...

Good Day Everyone!:)

I hope to find you in a wonderful mood today:) Sunday for me seems to always be a day of reflection, it?s maybe?because?things tend to slow down a bit and I get some time to do just that. As I was sitting and thinking today it hit me how annoying little things can be unappreciated by us, their meaning often ignored in the rush of our lives, and what if they were real gifts to us, gifts from our guarding angels, from our spiritual guides and other beings that are just on a standby to help and assist us?

Why I got to think about it was?because recently?one of my friends avoided a really dangerous accident by simply oversleeping, should she have been on that bus that day, well?she might not have been talking to me today.

I don?t want to sadden anyone here, actually the opposite, I would like to encourage you to look at everything that happens in your life from a larger perspective and how all of it makes sense sooner or later.

Missing the bus, oversleeping, missing an exit on the highway, on the surface these things may annoy us, but what is they happened just as they were to happen and instead of us getting annoyed by them, we would just accept and appreciate them?

I came across a great little article written by author unknown, and it describes exactly what i?m talking about, read it and maybe it will also allow you to look at your life from a different?perspective?and just be grateful for what had happened in the past that you may still hold some?grudge against. Here is the story:

?Lessons from 9/11, the annoying little things:

As you might know, the head of a major company survived the tragedy of ?9/11? inNew Yorkbecause his son started kindergarten.

Another fellow was alive because it was his turn to bring donuts.

One woman was late because her alarm clock didn?t go off in time.

One was late because of being stuck on the NJ Turnpike because of an auto accident.

One of them missed his bus.

One spilled food on her clothes and had to take time to change.

One?s car wouldn?t start.

One went back to answer the telephone.

One had a child that dawdled and didn?t get ready as soon as he should have.

One couldn?t get a taxi.

The one that struck me was the man who put on a new pair of shoes that morning, took the various means to get to work but before he got there, he developed a blister on his foot. He stopped at a drugstore to buy a Band-Aid. That is why he is alive today.

Now when I am stuck in traffic?

- miss an elevator?

- turn back to answer a ringing telephone?

- all the little things that annoy me?

- I think to myself?

this is exactly where God wants me to be at this very moment.

The next time your morning seems to be going wrong,

- the children are slow getting dressed,

- you can?t seem to find the car keys,

- you hit every traffic light?

- don?t get mad or frustrated;

God is at work watching over you.

May God continue to bless you with all those annoying little things ? and may you remember and appreciate their possible purpose.?

Isn?t it wonderful? I love it, I appreciate I came across it and I?m very grateful to whomever wrote it as it certainly shed some light on these ?annoying? little things that happen sometimes:)

Wishing You a beautiful day/night whenever this post will find you.

With Love & Light
