[Abstract]
Objective To detect the expression of Axin and?-catenin in human colorectal cancer and the adjacent tissue of cancer ,and their clinic pathological correlations in human colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 120 paraffin?embedded colorectal cancer and 30 adjacent tissue of cancer were studied by immunohistochemistry to evaluate the protein expression status of Axin and?-catenin.The relation was analyzed among the protein expression and age,gender ,Dukes stage, histological classification,cell differentiation and lymphatic metastasis. And detect the relationship of the two factors?expression.Results The positive expression rate of Axin was 55.0%(66/120)in colorectal cancer ,in contrast 96.7% in adjacent tissue of cancer colorectal cancer(P
